After months of intense training, Northbridge Knockouts are heading to Canberra today for the 2019 NSW/ACT Rope Skipping Championships.
The competition will be held at the AIS, with the opening ceremony on Saturday, August 31 at 8am.
Our skippers will compete in a range of speed and freestyle events over the weekend, with medal presentation scheduled for around 3pm on Sunday.
