It's less than a week until the 2018 National Rope Skipping Championships at the AIS in Canberra.

Nationals will be held from Saturday, June 9 until Monday, June 11. We look forward to catching up with all our skipping friends from around Australia!

Here's the preliminary program. Just remember, times are approximate and skippers must be prepared to skip one hour before or after the designated time

SATURDAY

8:15am – 8:40am Opening Ceremony

8:40am – 9:10am Warm-up for skippers/ Judges meeting

9:10am – 10:15am 14+ Female and Male Individual Speed Events

• 30s Speed/ 3 min Speed

10:15am – 11:40am 11- 13 Female and Male Individual Speed Events 

• 30s Speed/ 3 min Speed

11:40am – 12:20pm 10 and Under Individual Speed Events (90)
